I understand and acknowledge that Tiki Cruises involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, those related to boat travel, water activities, and potential exposure to natural elements.

I, on behalf of myself, all members of my group, and any pets accompanying us, agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Red Beard's Tiki Cruises, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, any member of my group, or our pets, whether caused by the negligence of Red Beard's Tiki Cruises or otherwise.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Beard's Tiki Cruises from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any actions or behavior of any member of my group or our pets during the Tiki Cruise.
